Getting Bulk Send access

I was told by another help person that I need to know who my account manager is so that I can get the cost of bulk sending. We have no idea who our account manager is. How do I find this out and how do I find out how much extra the bulk sending feature is???

@rgarcia5 I would suggest reaching out to the Sales number to find out cost or they could tell you the Account Manager if you have one for your Account.
