I believe that fraud has been committed against my 84 year old mother. She called to try to cancel a subscription with Frontpoint Security. They tried talking here into a new contract. She said no. Now she got a new bill for services. Once we contact them about it, they said that they sent a new contract and she signed it with Docusign. My mother says that she never signed anything. I had them send me a copy of the so called contract and have the envelope number and the signature number. What can I do to prove this is fraud?

Sorry you’re having this problem. Did the company send you the Certificate of Completion? That is a separate document that shows where/how the agreement was signed. I believe it is how a document is proven to be legitimate.
