Forged Signature, Two Envelope ID's

I have an agreement that I never signed that was provided to me by my company, signed via DocuSign with a Certificate.

Two documents within the envelope but we're provided to me separately.

The second document has the same envelope ID visually, but if you open within Google docs two ID's are in the header. The top left is a unique ID, the top right ID matches the certificate.

Neither documents signature block has the DocuSign security feature.

I believe I need an expert to certify this but don't know who to ask.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Be careful of Adobe saying not valid this is an issue with your Adobe certification being out dated happens so often.

So first on the certificate it is stamped with the envelope ID which should match the documents.  You will.also see dates and times of the sending and signing along with other details.

Happy to review and provide advice on this I have a lot of experience with Docusign 8 years as an employee and several years private consulting for many companies

The Certificate of Completion has the same issues with the signature block, and the time stamp events are not in chronological order.…

E have requested the complete envelope and they continue to provide the same copy.

The solution is to ask them to forward the envelope. That will allow you to potentially see the history and a few other details.  Ot will also allow you to see the actual certificate issued in the system and not something that you have been sent as a copy.  I could essentially create a document similar but if you get sent the Docusign email link it gives you control.

Thank you. They continue to just send copies not the full envelope as requested.

I know I did not sign this, so they cannot produce it without alterations hence my need of a DocuSign expert....caught between a rock and hard place.

We can show the missing security block on signature, the missing signature validation and the inconsistencies in the security certificate. As well as the two different envelopes ID's in the document.

Hopefully this will be sufficient

Send them this link and if they cannot do that just tell them that what they have provided is false and unless they can provide the specific email as per the instructions then they are false and wasting time.  As said happy to cast an eye and provide assistance and general thoughts on what I think .
