Fetch Complete Docusign Document after signing in Production account

While fetching complete document after sign completion of document through docusign , I am not getting correct form of document, it’s content type is HTML, as well it was working fine in sandbox account, when i fetch document using Api, it appears to be in PDF format, now this is creating issue in production account.

Error says:
You need to enable JavaScript to run this app. and environment :”NAPROD” in html
