Hello,

I have an envelope out for signatures and it will be expiring soon. Is it possible for me to extend this envelope so that it does not expire?

Thank you,

Tina

@Tina Williams

Yes, you can extend an envelope’s expiration—provided it has not already expired or been completed. If you are the sender (or have permission to edit the envelope), you can do so by correcting and updating the envelope’s advanced settings.

Hi Is there anything you can do if the expiry date has passed?

Hi Is there anything you can do if the expiry date has passed?

No, once a DocuSign envelope has expired, there’s nothing you can do to reactivate or extend it.

If the envelope has expired before all parties signed, it cannot be corrected or reopened. You'll need to create and send a new envelope.
