Error saving the scratchpad changes to the database

For anyone who may still be experiencing this issue.  In our case, we have a template with a relatively large number of recipients, 17.  The cause, DocuSign had set a limitation to the number of recipients on our development account which prevented the template from being saved as it exceeded the limit.  They have since removed the limitation and we were able to save the template without getting the error.  You should check with support to insure that you don’t have the same limitation set for number of recipients.
