Sorry if I couldn’t understand your question correctly, but you have a document obtained from Monday.com, and when you upload it to Docusign eSignature, it only loads the first page. Am I correct?

One question, if you try to perform the same procedure with another file that is not directly from Monday.com, such as a .pdf saved locally on your computer, does the same issue occur? Also, would it be possible to download the file generated by Monday.com to make sure that it is being generated with more than one page?

Hi @Vinicius.Rodrigues, you understood me correctly. It’s a multi page pdf that it uploaded to Monday.com from another colleague. When I do the same with another file I have saved locally, all the pages upload just fine. I’m trying to avoid saving all of them locally before uploading to DocuSign though.
