Enterprise Pro - Multiple brands for senders to select when sending signature requests

Question

If a client has an Enterprise Pro account and have multiple branding/logo requirements for multiple divisions/departments, how can brands be set up so that individual users can select the appropriate logo/brand for their department? We’re not using any templates or workflows in Docusign but are integrating the eSignature action from another CLM platform.

Is there any way to automate the brand selection if the internal contracting entity name appears as one of hte recipients rather than manually clicking the Advanced Options button?

We currently don't have a way to switch brands based on a recipient's entity name automatically.Below is the step-by-step process to configure department-level branding, along with the options available for your setup.To ensure individual users automatically use their specific department's logo and layout, you can tie your custom brands to distinct user groups.Go to Admin tab > Brands. Upload and customize the distinct logos and color profiles for each division.Go to Admin tab > Groups.
