entering email address and and error saving the email address message

I am trying to send documents to be signed and i enter the name and gmail email address and got the message below. Please provide work around .

@msalexwilliams - I’ve seen that error message before. If you are copying and pasting your email address, make sure you are not introducing any hidden characters.
