Is there a way to turn on 2FA globally or when creating new accounts?

I understand that you are looking to automatically enable Two-Step Authentication for your users, and I will share more details on the topic.

 

The option to enable Two-Step Authentication is only managed through the user’s profile.

 

Because of this reason, it cannot be enabled within the account settings. As an alternative, you may want to look into implementing Single Sign-On  for your organization.

 

This authentication method allows you to automatically  add an Identity Provider as a second layer of security to all your users.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic.
