How can I make email notification bodies smaller? They’re massive. Not only am I having to scroll up/down (which is to be expected as most emails do this) but I have t scroll side to side. This is happening to notifications I receive as well as the ones signers receive.
This is not common, I have not seen the requirement to scroll from left to right for any Docusign email notifications, unless someone uploaded a very large logo or made changed in the email resource files.
Did you create a brand and upload an image? In that case the image may be too large and could cause the described issue. The solution would be to resize the image and and upload it again.
You can change all emails notification via the Docusign Email Resource Files. If you have access to the feature, please go ahead and check, if it was edited and someone may have made changes that resulted in this.
