Is it possible to utilize Doc Sign for daily attendance records in a training environment? such as making a QR code for the students to scan in and out ect

Can Doc Sign also be used for inductions and safety briefings by incorporating links or videos into the document and only allowing them to move forward in the document once they have undertaken the link or watch the video ect ?

Could you kindly provide me with a link for accessibility purposes for individuals requiring support or adjustments when using Doc Sign or where i can fin this on here ?

any other links or referrals would be great for me as a vocational trainer

thank you

In regards to your questions around attendance.  It likely could be done but not really the strong feature of DocuSign as an esignature product. In a training environment, if each User had a login and assigned email address that could be accessed only via that login and computer, then sending out an envelope to take an action could serve as an attendance marker.  DocuSign has no built in QR code option.  You could also create a Powerform (online Template) where the URL could be translated into a QR code via some internet webpage then provided as a means of attendance, filling out a attendance form each day, possibly rotating a new Powerform link each day of training.

Envelopes can have embedded active links to a video but not embedded into the envelope itself.  The same would be for education information via a link.  They could click the link in the envelope and open a new page but there would be no way to report progress and impede the envelope from being completed with that method. Best option would be to use a “Supplement” where you can define that the individual needs to at least scroll to the bottom of the text to be able to complete the action.  It cannot determine if they read the text merely that they scrolled down. Here is a link about DocuSign Supplements.
