Editing a document in a template with 250 envelopes in draft folder

Question

I have 250 envelopes created in the draft folder that are set to send out on April 1. The board has edited the rules (one of the documents in the already created envelopes). If I edit the document in the template, does that update the document in the draft or do I need to individually update the new document to all 250 draft envelops?

Hi ​@spgable,If you edit the template, this change will only apply to new envelopes only. If those envelopes are in your drafts folder, this means they will not receive thisupdate.My suggestion so that you do not have to edit the 250 envelopes would be:Edit your template, with the new document/informationPrepare a bulk-send with the 250 recipients/envelopesSchedule the sending for 04/01.
