Double Signt Documents

If you need to send documents to the same person who needs to sign more than once, you must specify a signing order. You cannot have the same recipient or recipient role listed more than once at the same position in the routing order👉 Include the Same Recipient More Than Once

You can apply this workflow to an envelope or a template.

1. From the prepare view, select the Set signing order check box.
2. Add your recipients, including the same recipient listed more than once.  Sample Signing Order: RENTER ➡YOU ➡ RENTER
3. Adjust the routing order and recipient type as needed

After setting up the routing order, hit Next. Select recipients at the upper left-hand corner and drag and drop the necessary fields for each recipient.

The recipient receives the envelope each time they appear in the routing order.
