DocuSign with aruba

I am trying to sign a contract with DocuSign but, once I complete the procedure, it asks for a digital certificate. I wanted to know whether the Aruba service OTP mobile option is compatible and gives the digital certificate needed by DocuSign. If not, which are the other alternatives for those living in Italy?
