Hi, I have installed docusign esignature in my salesforce sandbox and connected salesforce with my docusign trial account. But I am not be able to upload document using template upload. and also i am unable to create template but it is saying “you are not authorized” though i have added all the required permission sets.

Also i have installed salesforce clm but unable to setup that also i cant find it in app launcher. Any suggestions ?

Is there any limitations with the trial account ?

Hi @madhumitasharma08 !

Yes, our trial accounts (production environment) have limitations on integrations. I strongly suggest you create a Docusign sandbox account by accessing developers.docusign.com > Developer Account (red button on the top right) > Create Account.

About install a CLM extension, this account must have the CLM product enabled to complete the configurations. To ask for a CLM product enabled in your demo account, please reach out to your Account Executive or the Docusign Customer Support team.

Please, let me know if I was able to help you with this question. If so, could you please select click on the "Select as Best" option? Thank you!

Hi @madhumitasharma08 ,

this error is related to permissions. First, I would recommend that you check your admin permissions on Salesforce and Docusign eSignature, you must have all necessary permissions to do that (including access to them). Secondly, I would also recommend performing all tests using a demo environment, because trial accounts have some limitations with integrations (the main idea of trial accounts is to send simple envelopes by the platform only).

Finally, we have a YouTube setlist of Docusign for Salesforce integrations. You can check the third video on this list, which talks about the template creation: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLllMTiuDU7qafwKM_BvjHjD91q5poxiqO
