How do I set the settings in my request for the Docusign to have signing time?

The signature you included in your comment is specific to our CFR Part 11 add on. This is not an option included in the standard eSignature package.
You could add a separate Date Signed field as a workaround, if you are not looking to purchase the CFR Part 11 module. For this scenario you will need to set your Current Time Format in Settings>Singning Settings to ensure that the option has not been disabled. For more details on these topics, see:
