I have set up several templates on Docusign for colleagues to use. A colleague has uploaded a document but Docusign hasn’t linked it to the template. This has been working for the past month with no issues but it not working today. Template hasn’t been changed until I went into investigate it just now. Can someone help please?

Are you working with Template Matching?

If that is the case, you will want to start troubleshooting the issue by ensuring that you have considered the requirements included below, depending on the Template Matching process being followed:

  • Automatic template matching: The uploaded document page count is greater than or equal to the template page count. 
  • Manually applying a template: Matches pages of the document one to one.
