DocuSign locking branding for small businesses

I have just updated my account from monthly to annual and discovered the branding functionality has been locked (with no warning).  On investigation I have been told this functionality is now only available to enterprise customers paying four figures a month.

For small businesses this greatly reduces the value of platform and is a huge change to bring in without any kind of communication.

Very disappointing.

Hopefully this is something the platform will reconsider

Since November 2024, Docusign temporarily disabled for account plans purchased on Docusign website. If you’re looking for feature, the recommendation is upgrade for a corp account. Docusign Sales team can check our business cases and offer a good solution to you.

According to this article, the brand feature is temporarily disabled for account plans purchased on the web after November 20, 2024. I also noticed that Docusign updated the purchase page plan, removing the brand feature:
