A user attempted to login from the Docusign login page.  The user entered his email which takes the user to the next screen and then clicked on ‘Use Company Login’.  Afterward, it just takes the user back to the Docusign login page.  Any idea what is causing this?

the email domain of email has been enable sso. so it should redirect to iam of of company for login. you should contact your docusign admin whether the sso is setting correct. thanks.
