For some reason my DocuSign ID Card, has a second letter J. Added to my name. Every time I go to use the signature tool I have to manually delete the J. Out of my name. How do I correct that?

@tchodge I would suggest taking a look at the Signatures setup in your DocuSign Account. Select the Profile Pic in the upper right and then “Manage Profile”. Locate the “Signatures” and select, then review the Signature blocks to see if your main Signature has this errant “J”. From here you could delete that Signature and set a new one, which would impact what the DocuSign ID Card shows, hopefully fixing that issue.
