Docusign icon not displaying on white background

Hello,
I'm working on integrating the branding feature with DocuSign, but I'm having trouble understanding why the DocuSign icon appears white in the emails I receive.

On the DocuSign preview page, the icon displays in black. I'm using Outlook for emails and have already cleared the cache, as that might have been affecting this issue.

Sorry, I realised that my question has a missing screenshot.
But as you can see, the docusign Icon is missing on the email message when the background is white

Hello, sorry for the late reply!

It would have seem that the issue was partly resolved ? (Not sure if this was intended, but the actual email is missing the “circle”, compared to the preview)
