Docusign developer envelope allowance exceeded

Hi,

My account is on developer mode and it says that envelopes are unlimited, but since yesterday we’ve been experiencing an error that says ENVELOPE_ALLOWACE_EXCEEDED (see 2nd image),

Please fix this asap, thank you.

Hello, @nico.milemarker

The unlimited is for envelops sent via the Web interface.

Via API there is a limit, however you can contact our Support to ask for help, here we don’t have access to any account, only Support has it.

Here is the article explaining the API calls limit, but remember that it’s necessary to have the Add-On package for API’s use, you can contact Support or our Sales team.

Hi @Alexandre.Augusto

I am also facing similar issue and it allows only 3 envelopes per developer account, which is too low.

I have tried to log a case with the link above, however it is not allowing login to log a case with my developer account.

Could you kindly confirm whether you created a Salesforce Developer Account or a Docusign Developer Account?

As if you are using a Salesforce Developer Account with normal free DocuSign account, you will have the limit of only 3 Envelopes.

But if you’re using Salesforce Developer with a Developer DocuSign account, you will have no limit from the UI. But in API you would be having limits.
