We build our templates in our Docusign demo account and import into our live account. In Docusign demo we are experiencing an issue in which conditional fields will stop working. We have to delete the conditional field settings and recreate the conditional fields. Very frustrating as it consumes time. Is anyone else experiencing this type of issue?

Does your production account have the same features as the demo account?

Verified I’m not the only user impacted by this. Conditional fields are working in a template. We edit the template and save. Some conditional fields stop working after saving. Make changes to the template, conditional fields continue to not work. End up having to delete and recreate the conditional fields.
