On a document with multiple signers, someone accidentally signed the document twice (overlapping the signatures) can I just get them to sign the document again using correct without alerting other members of a change and also not having to get them to resign - they were all signing the one document (not signing order) or different documents.

Thanks

@ALS

Once a document is signed, you cannot make changes for that signer. If the signer did not “complete” their portion of the document, then you can use the “correct” feature and make changes for them..

When changes are made, no notifications are sent to anyone who has completed signing. Notifications are only sent to people who has not yet signed (I believe the email just asks for a signature and provides a new link).

But, it sounds like the person who overlapped signatures has ‘completed’ their portion of the document. If this is the case, you may need to void the document and start over.

good luck
