document was uploaded for eSign on 9May24. i could not see document also in Docusign now. please help me to find out the document. it was signed by me.

Hello @sarika.pawar,Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!I’m sorry to hear that you are unable to find your document, I understand you uploaded it for signature but can’t find it anymore, is that correct?Can you confirm you are logged in to the correct account?How long ago was it? Can you change the filters in the Search Bar?Do you have the envelope ID?
