I’m sorry to hear that you are unable to find your document, I understand you uploaded it for signature but can’t find it anymore, is that correct?
- Can you confirm you are logged in to the correct account?
- How long ago was it? Can you change the filters in the Search Bar?
- Do you have the envelope ID? If so, can you try to search for the envelope using the following link (change the ”envelopeID” section in the link to the actual envelope ID)?: https://app.docusign.com/documents/details/{envelopeId}
