Definetely one of the worst platforms to exist - Can't download a file?????

Jesus Christ…

I just want to download a PDF File from a signed document that I need.

There isn’t the option on the link itself, so I want to access it through my account, but I se NOWHERE where to do it to link my account to that said document, even if I use exactly the same email as for the signature.

Also, I can’t seem to contact anyone from support, because anytime I click on contact / support, it disconnects me from my account.

So I’m left here, with this community post.

Is the document completed?  You may not be able to download the documents until they are fully signed/completed.

Can you open the document as a PDF and then “Print to PDF” (which is just another way of saying ‘save as PDF’...)

Did you open your DocuSign account after you received the document to sign? Documents which are received BEFORE you have an account are not linked to that account.

You can also try the usual: switch browsers, clear cookies, log in using a private browser window…

Hello,

yes the document is completed, and received an email saying so, this is the only link I have to access the document.

No way to open as PDF. 

I opened a docusign account after receiving that document, right. 

I tried on Chrome, Brave, using different kinds of links, no way.

Sorry - I meant to type: Can you open the document - then print to PDF?

When you follow the link, can you view the document? If so, you may be able to ‘print to PDF’ (right click and see if ‘print’ is an option).

Otherwise, perhaps the original sender can resend a link or forward you a copy so you can print.
