I see time expired, it will be within the 24-hour timeframe.

I has created Envelope on 24/1/2025 19:04 - expired: 9/2/2025 17:58

                      Envelope on 24/1/2025 16:05 - expired: 8/2/2025 17:54

I don’t clear about time expired for cases above. And Envelope status is Voided for case Deleted or Expired. So, I can’t determine to divide case Deleted or Expired.

Best regards,

@tuyettruc0703

You can extend the envelope expiration by correcting the envelope before it gets voided.

This Docusign Support article explains what steps are necessary.

To get more information about the status change, you can check the envelope history.

This Docusign Support article explains how you can do that.

@Michael.Rave Thank you reply,

This happens because I call a third-party service, and the status "Envelope is Voided" appears when the envelope has expired or been deleted. So, I need to determine when the envelope expires and return the appropriate value.
