How do I change the date notation for October 8th from 10/08/2024 to 08/10/2024?

You can define the account’s default in Settings>Signing Settings>Document Date and Time Format. For more details on this topic, see:

It is important to note that his change is not retroactive, and will not take any effect on past envelopes.
