Customer having issues signing docs, email that i had gotten from them
I am having difficulty signing this…when I go to sign the last line it starts at mid-document again requesting signatures that I already completed….can’t hit finish

This behavior is usually related to duplicate fields placed one on top of the other, preventing the signer from accessing the second field layer in order to complete their action.

The best path to approach this scenario will be correcting the envelope and deleting the duplicates within it.
