I created one custom field on DocuSign, but it is just free text with no format.
Can I create one custom field with Rich text format? Then when HR do e-sign they can format the words like line break, bold, center etc.
Or at least, we need the ability to break line and input words in different lines.

At this time, only Free Text fields are available to be used in a document inside an envelope.
DocuSign CLM has the Rich Text field, however is another product, if your company would like to get more details, see this article: https://www.docusign.com/products/clm
