Is it possible to create a custom field that consist of a text and a date?

E.g. Text; “Signed Date” & Date

Then I don’t need a text “Signed Date:” in my document.

It could be a little problem to have the text from my pdf file and place the “Date” so it will be at same line.

Hope my question is at the right place and you are able to understand my question :-)

To my knowledge, no, you can not mix data types like that.  You can go to your first instance of the word “Date” in your document and place a text box “date:”.  Format it how you want, then under the Location attribute, find the AutoPlace button.  Set your trigger word to “date:” and DocuSign will add more text blocks like that one to every instance in the document.
