Copy Envelope option gone

Our Copy Envelope option is suddenly missing from any Agreements in Shared Access. It is still selected in Admin. 

It seems I can copy a Completed or Voided envelope that I sent, but nothing else. Is that the way this is set up now?

Hello ​@Zoe Bee—glad you checked back in!

May you please review the shared access permissions? When someone is viewing agreements through shared access, they need to have the “Allow to Send” permission for the Copy button to show up. If they only have Edit or Manage permissions, the Copy option won’t appear. For reference:
