I have sent 2 documents by separate invites to two parties. Both were able to open one document and sign. For the second document, one signed successfully but the other gets a constant undefined error message. I have resent the invite to sign multiple times with the same error result. I have been with the signer when clicking on the link and subsequent invites and witnessed the same constant issue. The link being clicked is the latest invite. What is going on?

We're sorry to hear about the issue with the signer link. We recognize the frustration and workflow delays it is causing, especially given that you've resent the invitation multiple times and witnessed the error firsthand when the signer clicked the latest link.
To assist us in our investigation, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message? Additionally, we recommend trying an alternative signing method. Please guide the affected signer through the steps outlined here👉Use a Security Code to access Docusign documents
Another option is to check if the recipient has a Docusign account, log in, and verify if it is in their inbox. Then, sign the envelope directly from there.

The signer didn’t have a Docusign account but set one up to see if it would help.  Nothing there I’m afraid.  Out of embarrassment, I’m now going to revert to paper.

Unfortunately, the envelope will not be sent to the recipient's DocuSign account if it was sent prior to the account being created.
