Confidential Docs viewable by new user to account?

I am the admin and only user for a company DocuSign account. If I add a coworker as a user, will that coworker be able to see the documents I process (confidential) in DocuSign?

@Unique Username - What permission profile are you giving this user? They will not be able to access /see the documents you process if they are a Sender.
