We understand your concern about the color scheme of your Docusign interface, where the Docusign logo and your profile display certain colors while the rest appear in black and white.

We currently have no reports of a known issue related to this. If this interface color differs from what you previously had, this only means your Administrator has made some changes to the color theme within the Sending Brands settings. These modifications apply to the sending interface for all users of the account. If you'd like to adjust or change the colors, please get in touch with your Administrator.
