I recently purchased the $450 Intermediate API Plan starting at 100 envelopes per month. However, I was given the Docusign eSignature Intermediate Plan.
How do I switch over from the eSignature Intermediate plan to the Intermediate API Plan that I have already purchased? You should know that I was told by the rep in the chat that I had to use another email for my API account, which I did and that did not work. I made the purchase under another email address.

Thank you for your interest in upgrading your plan to an API plan. I appreciate you bringing your question to this Community.
At this time, API plans are offered separately from the standard Esignature plans and cannot be upgraded directly from your current account.
If you would like to use the same email address for your new API plan, you must first close your current standard account to free up the email address.
