Thank you for your interest in upgrading your plan to an API plan. I appreciate you bringing your question to this Community.
At this time, API plans are offered separately from the standard Esignature plans and cannot be upgraded directly from your current account.
If you would like to use the same email address for your new API plan, you must first close your current standard account to free up the email address.
