checking for electronic signatures

I'm trying to see if my electronic signature has changed through this over the past 5 years.   I seem to have a legal doc that shows that I e-signed it, but it doesn't show my signature.  Is there a way to find out if I used one of the template signatures instead of my actually electronic signature?  I just need to see if this was me or someone just used my name and signed with it.  How can I find this info out?
