Hello -

I have a recipient who has changed his email. Every time I type his name, the old one populates and the current/correct one (of which I have sent to before) does not show up.

How can I override an old email address for a recipient? It’s so frustrating to have to go back to the email he informed me of his new email address and manually type it in every type.

TIA!

@JamieY1031

You can update the email address of the recipient in the Docusign Address Book, which is used to populate the previously used email addresses for recipients.

This Docusign Support article will show you how to configure it.
