Hi everyone, I’d like to know if anyone has had a similar issue and had it resolved. I signed up the $300 per year plan. I just received an email saying my ‘free trial’ had ended and I see I was charged $2500 a month ago and now $300 on top of that. The website says to open a ‘support case’ however when I tried it wouldn’t let me log in to the Docusign Support page. I can’t find anyway to contact someone by email or phone. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Has anyone had a similar experience and been able to get a refund?
