When sending a a DocuSign to a client I always CC myself. Now when I CC’d myself I did not receive a copy of the email.. When I login to my account, by my name as recipient it says waiting. Why?

Hi LTH,

Welcome  to the DocuSign Community!

We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible

I am sorry to hear that you didn’t receive the envelope's CC email notification, but I will gladly help you correct the issue as soon as possible.

Your user's email notification settings are managed in My Preferences>Notifications, you can confirm there if the CC notification has been enabled.

For detailed steps on how to manage your email notifications, see:

How do I manage my DocuSign email notifications?

If you have enabled the setting. but are not getting the completion email, the most common root cause of this behavior would be a custom rule either in your email inbox or within your email domain that is suppressing the email or moving it to a specific folder.

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.

"Select as Best" below if you find the answer a valid solution to your issue!

Actually, the issue as pointed out to me by a DocuSign rep via phone was that the “Set Signing Order” was mistakenly checked off in the envelope above the recipient info. I have no idea how it sometimes happens because I don’t recall ever clicking on it. But now I know that if I don’t receive a CC of a DocuSign I sent I check if “Set Signing Order” is checked off.
