CC not received.

Question

When sending a a DocuSign to a client I always CC myself. Now when I CC’d myself I did not receive a copy of the email.. When I login to my account, by my name as recipient it says waiting. Why?

Actually, the issue as pointed out to me by a DocuSign rep via phone was that the “Set Signing Order” was mistakenly checked off in the envelope above the recipient info. I have no idea how it sometimes happens because I don’t recall ever clicking on it. But now I know that if I don’t receive a CC of a DocuSign I sent I check if “Set Signing Order”is checked off.
