How can I get support if the Support page wont let us login?
We have a Business Pro subscription. We can login to support. Therfore we cannot raise a ticket / case to get support.
Subscription was over a day ago.
Error page
“Unable to log in. If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other log in scenarios, contact DocuSign Support for assistance.”
Directed to contact support. But we cant contact docusign support as it wont let us.

Can you please try these troubleshooting steps?
1. Clear cache/cookies.
2. Try a different browser(s), like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
3. Use Incognito.
4. Try a different device
If you still get an error, the workaround is to submit a case without logging into your account by using the “I can’t access my account” option at the bottom of the page, then click “Other issues” and provide complete details of the issue in the Case description. Get Support.

Thanks. This is resolved. How? Not by me or any actions my side. I suspect my registration to support happend a number of days after my subscription. Quite frustrating.
Hi @Jenny.Martin I am having the same issue (cannot login to support to open a case to fix an issue) and I have submitted the “I can’t access my account” option at the bottom of the page, then click “Other issues” you recommended. How long does it take to get a response from support using that form?
I called Sales on 6/29 and someone was supposed to open a case for me. No one has contacted me.
I submitted that “I can’t access my account” form on 6/30 and no one has contacted me.
