Hello,

I have the real estate starter package and I cannot lengthen a text field. It is fixed size and the text will word wrap extending the field vertically vs horizontally. I see that to do custom fields I need to upgrade. Can i not have a longer field length with my subscription?

I apologize for the delayed response regarding the text field size not being adjustable.

Can you please confirm if these fields were added after the document was uploaded in Docusign or if the document originally had them?

The Docusign text field size can be adjusted by dragging its corners, but the text wrapping will always be turned on. 

Depending on where it is placed on the document, it can either wap upwards or downwards.

Hello,

I still have the issue. I get the word wrap when creating the template and adding a Text field. I cannot resize the text box. I can only move it.

You need to open a case and request to enable the data field size. 

You may follow the steps provided in the link below on how to open a case.
