Starting yesterday, I cannot access the signature page, when I click on the sign button, I get a browser error: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
I see nothing in the status page but it looks like the web site is down: https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/eu.docusign.net.html

Any idea when it should get back online?
Should I find another way to sign my documents?

  • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, using another browser, incognito mode, or on another device? 👉 How do I clear the cache and cookies in my browser?
  • Can you please provide us with a detailed step-by-step description of how you're signing the document? Are you signing directly from your Docusign account, from the "Review document" email notifications, or through an integration? Have you tried signing in using the alternative method of signing in via security code? 👉 Use a Security Code to access Docusign documents

Hello,
I refreshed the cache, I rebooted my computer and the issue persists.

I finally got access to the signature with Chrome browser, my usual browser (Opera) even if it is Chromium based, does not access the signature page.

I also tried to check security settings but no luck, it is still not working. I have to use a different browser to sign documents...

Thank you for the update. So it works using Chrome browser, but not with your Opera browser. Does the envelope require authentication? Can you send me a private message with the envelope id? 👉 Locate a Docusign envelope ID
