How do I cancel an account on behalf of a deceased account holder? The annual real estate account ($240) just billed. I cannot login to his account to request a callback from customer support and cannot find a number to call support directly.
You can try opening a case here:

Scroll down a bit and you will see ‘other’ options. You want “Can’t access my account”. Hope this helps.
