Cancel an account for a deceased account holder

Question

How do I cancel an account on behalf of a deceased account holder? The annual real estate account ($240) just billed. I cannot login to his account to request a callback from customer support and cannot find a number to call support directly.

​@martnsnYou can try opening a case here:https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US&rsc_301Scroll down a bit and you will see ‘other’ options. You want “Can’t access my account”. Hope this helps.mr1
