Can't identify my document because of my maiden name

I have received a document from my company to sign, and at the beginning it requires me to identify myself with a ID card.

My ID card has my maiden name on the front and my current last name after marriage is mentioned on the back of the document(which is the name that the company has used for my document), but during the verification, the website tells me that the names don't match and i can't verify myself. How can I solve the issue? The rest of my documents have my maiden name as well.

The verification requires that the name on your ID exactly match the name on the document. Since your ID shows your maiden name on the front and your current last name after marriage on the back, if you have another supported ID that matches the name on the document, please try using it. Otherwise, we recommend reaching out to the sender to ask if they can adjust the name matching variation levels or offer an alternative verification method. There should be an option to notify the sender directly from the error screen.
