I previously had access to my real estate templates and no longer do.  When I attempt t add them under preferences by providing my name, company name, NRDS number and association I am told to “try back later”.  I’ve cleared my cache and used an incognito browser.  I’ve also submitted a case and requested a call back.  Please advise.

It seems you cannot access the Real Estate Form Libraries in DocuSign. I sincerely apologize, and rest assured that I'll make my best effort to help you.  Here are the steps you can take to resolve this issue:

  1. Check Your Account Address:

    • Go to Settings > Account Profile.
    • Scroll to the Account Address section.
    • Ensure that all address fields are filled in. If they are empty, enter your account address and select Save.

  2. Verify Access to Form Libraries:

    • After saving your account address, go to the Templates page and check if the Form Libraries option is now displayed.
