Can I use Docusign to make editable a document without sending the document via Docusign. I would then like to save the editable PDF to customers via email. Or do I need a separate software to do this?

Hello, @Mariak12

If I understand well your need, Docusign CLM might be the solution.

Using Docusign CLM you can create an agreement, send for internal and/or external reviewers, get a final approved version then make it available for internal and external users.
