Can i turn OFF auto tagging??

Lately Every document I do is getting auto tagged on every signature line?? How can I turn this OFF? I am having to go through every document and remove all the “Auto Tagging” it does on its own before I can tag for signatures :-( Hoping some way to turn it off and I’ve tried everything I can think off. Thanks

We understand that the automatic tagging of signature fields in your documents is causing extra work to remove these tags. We're here to help you regain control over field placement.

Upon checking, this could potentially be related to AI-powered Suggested Fields. To turn this off, navigate to Admin → Signing and Sending → Sending Settings → Look for a checked box that says, “Enable field assist for senders.” Uncheck this box, then save. Log out, then log back in to refresh the account

NOPE this did not help. It worked for about a day. NOW, it just keeps auto tagging...in all the wrong places. The AI box isn’t checked and it just keeps doing the auto tagging! We have buyers and sellers and the AI doesn’t know the difference! This is BECAUSE people can be buyers or sellers and AI doesn’t know which is which. Honestly this is beyond insane why you can’t get this turned off. Then you turn it off and it “magically” comes back on, even though the AI box isn’t checked :-( good luck figuring this out

Sorry, the issue is still not resolved. I I appreciate the update. When you said it worked for a day, does this mean it worked right after you turned off the settings? Can you kindly share a screenshot of your Admin > Signing Settings capturing the Suggested field? Do you see other options?
