We used to have a feature where we could tell our members to Text “Signup” to ##### and this would walk them through completing a document. I was not the person that set it up. Is it something Docusign offers?

Our system does not have a built-in functionality to support this feature. In theory, something like this could be accomplished with an integration or Powerform, but it would require utilizing a separate service for the SMS messaging portion.
You may want to reach out to the person who set it up previously to confirm, as they may have more specific details about how it was implemented before.
