Our system does not have a built-in functionality to support this feature. In theory, something like this could be accomplished with an integration or Powerform, but it would require utilizing a separate service for the SMS messaging portion.

You may want to reach out to the person who set it up previously to confirm, as they may have more specific details about how it was implemented before.

Hello Jenny,
Thank you so much for your response and suggestion. I will look into a separate service for SMS that we then can hopefully link to our Powerform.
